St. Mark’s will hold a special meeting of the congregation on Sunday, May 31st, at 2:00 p.m.  This meeting will be held in our parking lot.  Members will be encouraged to remain in their vehicles and practice safe social distancing.

Included on the agenda is election of a council member for a three year term, approval of the amendments to the Joint Ministry Agreement and voting whether or not to become a part of the G.I.F.T. of Grace Lutheran Ministry.   If the congregation approves becoming a part of the ministry, voting will take place to call the pastor at that time.

This is a very important meeting for the future of St. Mark’s.  Voting Registration will take place to assure that we have at least 25 voting members in attendance.

According to our constitution, voting must be done in person.  No proxy or absentee votes will be accepted.

Please put this on your calendar and plan to attend.  Mailings have been sent out to members and more information will be sent a week prior to the meeting.
