St. Mark’s held our annual Neighborhood Block Party on August 11th. It is always a great way for us to meet and show appreciation to our neighbors. This year, the Block Party was an extension of our Vacation Bible School.
It was a fun time with hotdogs, popcorn, root beer floats, and games, games and more games. The Fire Department was here with their Target House, the Little Red Reading Bus was here, Josh from QFM 104.9, and much more.
Thank you to all who helped with the event and all of you who attended!
Thank you to all who were involved in our Vacation Bible School last week. Thank you to the education committee, the crew leaders, the supper crew, and all our helpers. We especially thank all of you who enrolled your kids in our Cave Quest. It was a great week!
“Cave Quest – Following Jesus, the Light of the World”, is the theme for this year’s Vacation Bible School. Gear up your kids for an over-the-top underground adventure! Ground them in the rock-solid foundation of God’s love, a love that takes us through life’s dark times.

Classes will be held for children ages 4 through 5th grade.
