7:00 – 8:00 pm: Confirmation (8th-9th Grade)

Students are confirmed during the fall of their 10th grade year.

*Sunday School lessons are taught using “Spark” curriculum that include cooking, drama, science, games, movies, and music media bringing hands-on bible lessons to every student.  Annual fun events include Rally Sunday games, Pumpkin Patch trip, a Christmas program, Palm Sunday march, singing and serving.  Children’s sermons are given every Sunday during worship providing a fun way for little ones to hear Jesus’s message.  Sunday school leaders are Ms. Kristen Rundquist and Mrs. Michele Peterson.

Confirmation is a long standing tradition in the Lutheran Church where youth have transitioned into adult membership.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer for five evenings, the church opens the doors to children from the whole community to learn about the love of God through Jesus.  Many volunteers step forward to make this an annual highlight and success.

St Mark’s is a place that values children and responds to Jesus’ call to bring the little ones to Him.  Bringing children to Jesus is more than just entertaining them; it is helping them see Jesus so they know the hope and joy of His Presence in their lives.
